Can I get a sample before I commit to a volume?
Yes. Samples are available for evaluation on any oil in the range. Tell us which oils you want to assess when you send your enquiry and we will include them in the quote.
What documentation comes with an order?
A technical data sheet, a safety data sheet, and a certificate of analysis for the specific lot you receive. If your own quality system needs a particular format or additional testing, say so with your enquiry.
What is your minimum order?
It depends on the oil and the packaging. Some materials are distilled in small seasonal volumes and others we hold in quantity. Tell us the volume you need and we will confirm what is possible and what it costs.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We ship across Canada and the United States, and internationally. Freight is quoted with the order so you see the landed cost rather than a surprise at checkout.
Can you supply a specific chemotype?
Where we distil it, yes. Niaouli, for example, is supplied as either the cineole 1,8 or the viridiflorol chemotype, and they are ordered separately. Name the chemotype on your enquiry and we will confirm availability against the current lot.
Can you quote against our own specification?
Yes, and it is the fastest route to an accurate price. Send the specification with your enquiry and we will quote against it, flagging anything that a natural material will not hold consistently between harvests.
Do you supply private label or contract volumes?
