What we supply
- Extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted, free acidity under 0.8%
- Olive pomace oil, refined, neutral, high smoke point for volume frying
- Flavour aromatics: clove bud, cinnamon bark, black pepper, fresh ginger, lime
- RBD coconut oil as a neutral fat base
How we quote food volumes
Tell us the grade, the annual volume and the packaging you need, and we will quote against it. Olive oil in particular moves with the harvest, so pricing is quoted per lot rather than held on a public list.
Specifications and documentation come with the quote, not after it. Free acidity, peroxide value and the certificate of analysis for the lot are what a food buyer checks first, so we lead with them.
Packaging runs from drums to flexitank depending on volume. Tell us how you receive goods and we will quote the format that fits your intake.
Documentation and samples
Every bulk order ships with a technical data sheet, a safety data sheet and a certificate of analysis for the lot. Samples are available for evaluation before you commit to a volume, and we will quote against your own specification where you have one.
