Ylang ylang is fractionated during a single long distillation. Extra is the first and most floral cut, then I, II and III as the distillation continues, each heavier and less expensive than the last. Complete is the uninterrupted distillation rather than a blend of fractions. Name the grade you are formulating against, because they are not interchangeable.
