Niaouli has an antiseptic smell and is often used as an alternative to tea tree oil. Niaouli is sometimes preferred to tea tree oil because it is less irritating to the skin. The essential oil of Niaouli helps wounds heal faster and prevents them from developing infections. You can use the oil to heal a variety of skin wounds including scrapes, abrasions, burns, bites, and cuts.

It is a champion of the respiratory tract and winter: asthma, allergies, cough, angina, bronchitis or chronic catarrhal infection, sinusitis and rhinopharyngitis, because it is anti-infectious, antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, expectorant and mucolytic.

Odor: Camphoraceous, earthy

Recommendations: Apply to acne spots, psoriasis, fungal infections, or cuts to disinfect, diffuse for respiratory benefits.
